Dealership Loaner Car Coordinator - Riverside Ford

Snell Motor Company is seeking a Loan Car Coordinator/Mobile Service Dispatcher to share their passion for the industry with our clients. This role is responsible for planning, directing, and monitoring the preparation of returned vehicles to ensure compliance with established quality standards.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Meet with upper management on a regular basis to discuss current and proposed fleet.
• Ensure department records/reports are printed daily and filed accordingly.
• Receive Cash, Checks and Credit Card Payments from Customers and Record the Amount Received on The Repair Order and/or Counter Ticket
• Make Change Accurately and Issue Receipts to Customers
• Answer Phones and Direct Consumer to The Proper Department and Follow Up in A Timely Manner Handle Customer Complaints Diplomatically and Refer Complaining Customers to The Appropriate Individual for Resolution
• Filing (Service Repair Orders, Loaner Contracts, Parts Counter Tickets, Car Deal Files, Hard Copies)
• Loaner Reconciliation report performed once a month.
• Toll tags and License plate inventory performed throughout the month.
• Fleet management recording accurate mileage, wear/tear, damage, fuel usage.
• Other Duties or Tasks as Requested or Required

Requirements:

• Prior Automotive Experience Preferred but Not Required
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent Required
• Valid Driver’s License
• Proficiency With Standard Microsoft Software and Ability to Learn Other Computer-Based Tools for Client-Facing and A Majority of Roles
