Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are seeking a General Support Administrator for Firetrol’s district office in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
Under the direction of the Office Manager, this position will be performing administrative support functions for monitored accounts, fleet, sales tracking, and for our safety program in accordance with established procedures.
Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee multiple administrative duties, which include:
- Review of daily reports associated with monitored accounts.
- Tracking with follow up of sales leads and assignments.
- District fleet support with record keeping.
- District safety program support and record keeping
- Other responsibilities as required to support the business
Requirements
- Attention to detail is a MUST
- Superior organizational abilities
- Outstanding professional communication skills – written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills – for interacting with customers and employees alike
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to multiple business software platforms
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Preferably CRM knowledge
