Key Responsibilities:
- Lead control system support across various plant sites, driving operational excellence.
- Develop and manage process control programs for automation and safety systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and identifying opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
- Troubleshoot complex system failures, employing root cause analysis to enhance reliability and safety.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement plant changes that boost safety, reliability, and efficiency, while also managing spare parts procurement and maintenance contracts.
- Champion process safety and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) initiatives, ensuring robust hazard identification and risk management.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field, with 8+ years of experience in control systems engineering within chemical, refinery, or related industries.
- Proficiency in Process Automation, SIS, and experience with systems like Yokogawa, Emerson’s Delta V, Honeywell, and Rockwell.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to offer timely, strategic technical advice.
- Must be authorized to work in the USA without current or future sponsorship.
