Requirements
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years and maximum of 20 years of relevant experience in Machine Shops; Turned Product; and Screw, Nut, and Bolt Manufacturing, metal working.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and familiarity with quality testing tools.
- Strong communication abilities and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in enhancing quality and efficiency within a manufacturing setting.
