Job Title: Director of Distribution Operations
Location: Greater Portland, OR area (Relocation assistance available)

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategically manage and support Regional and Branch Managers to optimize all branch operations.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of business strategies, KPIs, and financial targets.
- Conduct detailed reviews of monthly P&L statements to ensure branch profitability and budget adherence.
- Enhance operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure robust compliance with safety protocols across all locations.
- Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and vendors.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred, or significant equivalent industry experience.
- At least 12 years of leadership experience in wholesale distribution, with a strong preference for backgrounds in plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, or related sectors.
- Minimum of 6 years managing multi-site operations, with a proven ability to oversee financial and operational elements.
- Demonstrated ability in strategic planning, team development, and achieving performance metrics.
- Excellent communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must be willing to travel 25-50% as needed.
