Irrigation Technician

We are seeking to hire a landscape and irrigation technician to join our team. As a member of our team, you will work with the crew and report to our seasoned owner, who has over 35 years of experience in the industry.

Qualifications

• Preferred residential irrigation experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and exhibit sound decision-making skills
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Ability to pull, push and lift up to 25 pounds
• Reliable & Punctual attendance
• Valid and Insurable Driver License
• Able to drive company-assigned vehicle and trailer

Responsibilities

• Repairing and maintaining valves, tracing electrical components, installing and initializing clocks and timers, locating existing zones and valves, and performing pump repairs
• Spring evaluations and start-up
• Winterization and blow-out
• Mid-season inspections
• Installation of new irrigation systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour DOE

Expected hours: 40 per week
