Exciting Opportunity for a Full-time Occupational Therapist

Compensation: $80,000k–$90,000k annually
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Patient Volume: 7 patients per day, 35 visits per week
Responsibilities:
• Conduct detailed evaluations to identify patients' specific needs and create customized treatment plans.
• Deliver interventions that promote physical, cognitive, and emotional health.
• Work closely with patients, families, and caregivers to set and track goals that enhance daily life.
• Develop engaging activities that improve strength, coordination, and overall endurance.
• Use adaptive tools and techniques to help patients manage daily tasks and foster independence.
• Provide education on techniques for managing pain and preventing setbacks.
• Keep accurate records of treatment plans, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Stay updated with the latest in occupational therapy practices and techniques.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active Oregon State Occupational Therapist License.
• Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or similar settings preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of therapeutic techniques and the ability to create individualized care plans.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A commitment to helping others lead fulfilling, independent lives.
• Ability to manage a varied caseload with efficiency.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
