Alpha IT, LLC is seeking an Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in handling a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Order and maintain office supplies.
- Assist with preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Assist with AP/AR duties
- Call on past due invoices
- Assist customers in setting up autopay
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years of experience in an office or administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Professional and positive attitude.
