We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Support Associate to join our team. You will have the opportunity to learn how to support our clients and employees or candidates of our clients in a face-paced startup environment that’s helping to solve some of the biggest challenges for HR and Ops teams. In this role, you will communicate with and troubleshoot issues for our platform users, and provide best practices and assistance to employees and candidates of our customers. You’ll help in facilitating review and analyses of commentary and contribute to data entry/operations tasks.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist all customers with questions and issue resolution
- Manage backlog of cases and support tickets
- Review, moderate, and analyze commentary
- Data entry
- Contribute to customer trainings
Requirements
- At least 1 year in a technical support role
- At least 2 years in a customer-facing role
- Availability and flexibility to work holidays
- Availability and flexibility to work Monday - Friday between 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST
Preferred experience:
- Bilingual - Spanish
- Experience moderating or reviewing large volumes of data
- Experience with confidentiality principles
- Experience working with enterprise-level customers
- Experience in a Human Resources or Operations field

WorkStep determines pay range based upon numerous compensation factors, including experience, skill set, and a geographic market approach. A current and reasonable estimated range for this position is $25 - $33 / hour. However, it’s possible for an individual to be hired at a salary outside of this range.
