Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties at the right price and under the best terms
- Understand clients' needs and financial abilities to provide suitable solutions
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
- Promote property sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Trustworthy and reliable, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively manage sales
- Possess a consultative approach to business and excellent negotiation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Minimum age of 18 years old
