Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and support to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
- Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to suggest suitable solutions
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Showcase and market properties to prospective buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork, including contracts, leases, and closing statements
Requirements
- Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
- A demonstrated track record of successful sales is a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well independently
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Friendly, trustworthy, and approachable personality
- Familiarity with MS Office software
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years of age or older
