We are currently looking for a friendly and professional Realtor to join our team at the Windermere office in your area. As a Realtor, your main responsibilities will include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful relationships with clients and assist them in marketing and purchasing properties.
• Understand clients' needs and financial capabilities to propose suitable solutions.
• Promote property sales through effective advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
• Stay updated on legal guidelines, rates, specifications, and property availability.
• Generate and manage lists of properties for sale.

Requirements

• Must be a licensed real estate agent or currently enrolled in real estate school. If you are NOT LICENSED, please consider joining WINDERMERE REAL ESTATE SCHOOL and use the code WC30 for a 30% discount.
• Trustworthy and customer-oriented with a friendly approach.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and effectively sell properties.
• Excellent listening skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Must be 18 years old or above.
