Scope of Duties
At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a genuine desire to make a difference in their work family and in their community. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
- Lead a team in competitively targeting, recruiting, and onboarding a high volume of candidates
- Perform all functions of recruiting, onboarding, and intaking candidates
- Maintain accurate record keeping and file management of employee data
- Provide project management and applicant tracking system weekly reports
- Collaborate with leadership to set clear hiring goals and report progress toward reaching them
- Lead and implement software and data management platform initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Direct experience with recruiting in the caregiving, direct support worker and/or entry level healthcare field at an accelerated level
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be capable of organizing and overseeing a team
- Prior management experience preferred
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset
- Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronic devices
- Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
