Sales Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of our products.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies and proposals.
• Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support to clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to provide relevant insights to clients.
• Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor and technical resource.
• Coordinate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and contribute to product enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand complex products and solutions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of marketing and advertising technologies is a plus.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and conferences.
