Scope of Duties
At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:
- Develop a schedule that matches and carefully pairs each Client with a Caregiver, based upon their individual needs and preferences
- Manage call-outs, and fill all open shifts daily
- Assists Caregivers with all inquiries on schedule changes, missed clock in/out, healthcare management platform assistance, and other schedule questions
- Oversee time off requests, sick time, and shift adjustments
- Make sure Caregivers are prepared for shifts with new Clients (communicate Client care plans and personal preferences)
- Cheerfully welcome and greet customers by phone and in-person
Requirements
- Task-oriented, pro-active, results-driven, innovative professional
- High attention to detail
- Enjoys complex challenges with many moving pieces
- Highly organized and skilled at multitasking
- Ability to collaborate with other staff members
- Ability to foster strong relationships with both Clients and Caregivers
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and a quick learner with other software
