Full Job Description
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you strategize, analyze, discern, attain and onboard high-caliber candidates. You’ll prioritize prompt responses to prospects, serving as a gateway of hospitality to our organization. This position also develops, drives, and executes staffing strategies to ensure a seamless process from sourcing to orientation. This position reports to our Chief Strategy Officer.
- Establish short- and long-term objectives for the recruiting team aligned with strategic goals.
- Create and enhance high performing job advertisements across multiple markets, utilizing Indeed campaigns for effectiveness.
- Act as the ATS administrator, ensuring the system is updated and streamlined for hiring processes.
- Implement competitive and creative sourcing strategies, continuously assessing candidate qualifications, and analyzing cultural fit with the company.
- Prepare offer letters, conduct background checks, and maintain accurate personnel records while developing departmental SOPs.
- Coordinate travel, schedule training, and prepare materials for orientation, ensuring smooth onboarding experiences.
- Serve as the liaison with recruiting partners, maintain vendor records, and provide weekly staffing updates to leadership.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written proficiency in English, complemented by strong attention to detail in documentation.
- Expert knowledge of Indeed and Candidate Sourcing Venues
- Skilled in Excel, Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Applicant Tracking Systems like Paychex and Workable.
- Thorough understanding of HIPAA regulations for handling Protected Health Information (PHI) and experience with sensitive information.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a positive attitude and alignment with company goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Human Resources preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, or a related field
