Full Job Description
The Bradley Center is excited to announce that our Outpatient Program is growing. We provide therapy as well as psychiatric and med management services to children, adults, and families. School-Based Mental Health Services are provided to students in several school districts in Allegheny and surrounding counties.
We are looking for confident professionals to provide quality individual therapeutic support and counseling to students as identified by the school district via the IEP process. The location of services will take place in the identified public school(s). This position works closely with school district personnel including teachers, school counselors and special education coordinators.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ behavioral health needs and develop and implement a specific plan of services
- Is actively involved in the treatment of students (attends supervision, IEP, and SAP meetings)
- Provide consistent and quality individual therapy as needed
- Provide crisis support during school hours
- Facilitate the development and implementation of a wellness, crisis and/or relapse prevention plan
- Consult with school personnel related to student behavior
Requirements
- Master’s degree in a generally recognized clinical discipline, with a degree program that includes a clinical practicum
- NCC or LSW preferred
- Experience diagnosing and providing therapy preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid PA driver’s license or ability to obtain such license, with proof of auto insurance coverage
