Full Job Description
Since 1905, The Bradley Center has continually served children and families in need. Today, the residential treatment facility provides 24 hour care and trauma-informed treatment to children who have a history of trauma and who may present with a wide range of challenges.
We are seeking an Admissions Reviewer, who is responsible for evaluating and processing incoming referrals with a focus on identifying candidates whose needs align with The Bradley Center's mission. This role requires a mission-driven, globally minded individual who prioritizes the agency's best interests while ensuring clinical appropriateness. The ideal candidate will collaborate with families, referral sources, and funders while maintaining attention to detail and a pleasant, professional demeanor.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Review and assess admissions referrals to determine clinical and programmatic appropriateness based on The Bradley Center’s guidelines
- Communicate effectively with families, referral sources, and funders, ensuring transparency and professionalism throughout the admissions process
- Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and educational teams to ensure comprehensive decision-making and smooth transitions for new admissions
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) to maintain accurate and up-to-date admissions records and data
- Provide timely follow-up and communication to all stakeholders involved in the admissions process
- Support The Bradley Center’s mission and values by maintaining a global perspective on the youth’s needs and services
- Demonstrate proficiency in relevant technologies and adapt to new systems as needed
- Maintain a professional and pleasant demeanor, fostering positive relationships with internal and external partners
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field required
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Clinical experience, preferably in a behavioral health or related field
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license and car insurance

- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is preferred but not required
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Mission-focused with an understanding of The Bradley Center’s values and goals
- Ability to work with diverse populations, including families, referral sources, and funders
- Proficient in using technology, including Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
