Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with IT leadership during client calls to understand their needs and provide expert advice and support.
- Plan and manage IT projects, ensuring clear documentation of progress and proactive communication with all stakeholders.
- Track projects internally and coordinate efforts among various stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Develop and conduct training sessions for clients to facilitate the effective use of our products and services.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for both clients and internal staff to support ongoing operations and training.
- Understand basic database structures and software operations to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the IT or healthcare sector.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of databases and software operations.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
