Responsibilities

  • Sell our client business through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach
  • Find new business leads to sell
  • Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our services to prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales, ensuring that client needs are met
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and meet revenue targets
  • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies and promotional materials
  • Attend industry events and networking functions to establish and grow professional connections
  • Report on sales performance and provide detailed updates to management on a regular basis

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and events as needed
