Pogust Goodhead is a unique partnership between American, British, and Brazilian lawyers, with particular expertise in complex litigation; namely mass tort and group litigation. Our US offices have led the fight against corporate greed and misconduct in complex mass tort, environmental, and class action claims on behalf of countless individuals over the last twenty years. Our firm’s European offices are currently managing some of the largest claims in English legal history, including claims against various vehicle manufacturers arising from the diesel emissions scandal. The firm is at the cutting-edge of group consumer claims, currently representing hundreds of thousands of affected clients throughout the US, Europe, and across the globe. We are dedicated to environmental and social justice.
We find solutions where others can’t.
We fight for justice when others won’t.
We stand up for people against powerful corporations.
Our purpose is to make the world a better, fairer place, with every case we win.
Globally, Pogust Goodhead now boasts over 100 lawyers and 500 staff in countries including the US, having recently merged with sister firm Pogust Millrood LLC, one of the leading mass tort and personal injury firms in the United States. Pogust Goodhead also has offices in the UK, the Netherlands and Brazil. See our website for more information about our firm.
