Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently book and schedule client service appointments, ensuring promptness and accuracy
  • Provide clear communication to both technicians and clients regarding service details
  • Adjust schedules and manage any necessary changes to appointments as they arise
  • Track and organize records of all service appointments, including updates and cancellations
  • Collaborate with the technical team to design optimal schedules that meet client needs
  • Follow up with clients post-service to verify satisfaction and handle feedback
  • Prioritize and respond to incoming service requests based on urgency
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any scheduling conflicts or concerns

Requirements

  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced environment
  • Background in appointment coordination or service scheduling (preferred)
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently on daily tasks
  • Experience with digital scheduling tools or similar software platforms
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong decision-making skills, capable of evaluating situations effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Outstanding organizational and time management abilities
