CR&Y is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Customer Support Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Customer Support Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction through various channels. You will work remotely, handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with order processing. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter, with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Providing accurate information and guidance to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for further investigation and resolution.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer service and optimize operational efficiency.
- Assisting with order processing, including order entry, tracking, and updating customer information.
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate customer records.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in a customer service or support role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer support software.
