What You'll Do
- Provide first contact technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related issues, including hardware, software, networks, and printers.
- Communicate easily, and confidently with our awesome client base
- Manage and maintain client's IT infrastructure
- Maintain an organized ticket queue, providing regular ticket notes and updating ticket statuses
- Document ticket completion notes in a way that end users will understand
- Collaborate with team members for assistance, and escalate tickets as needed
- Communicate regular updates to the Service Manager
Requirements
- General technical understanding
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- IT troubleshooting ability
- Strong Windows and Microsoft Office Suite knowledge
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Ability to work independently, and with a team
- Willingness to learn new technologies
- A passion for having fun while performing at a high level
- Ability to work On-Site in Mechanicsburg Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
