Final Assembly - Finishing Department

As a General Laborer in our Finishing Department, you will work alongside our experienced team to assist in the final assembly of our premium hose products.

Don't worry if you don't have any prior experience - we provide on-the-job training to equip you with the necessary skills. This is an entry-level position with a starting wage of $15.50 per hour, with the added bonus of a $2.00/hour shift differential for 2nd/3rd shifts.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals who are:

• Capable of using gauges and tools, and easily navigate through specs and charts
• Able to operate machinery with precision and follow instructions diligently
• Physically fit and capable of lifting up to 50lbs
• Possessing good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Detail-oriented, ensuring that quality standards are met consistently
• Dependable team players with a strong work ethic
• Proficient in reading work orders and completing necessary paperwork
