Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, ideally with a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, is preferred.
  • Five plus years of exerience as a HR Manager or Director.
  • Demonstrated leadership in HR within a high-growth or financially robust organization.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that directly impact business outcomes.
  • Exceptional ability to manage high-level projects and stakeholders within a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships and building consensus across diverse groups.
  • SPHR is a plus!
