Responsibilities:

• Exhibit proficiency in all facets of Organizational Strategy, particularly in organizational effectiveness, business transformation, and change management within the contexts of public sector, defense, or government environments.
• Engage in meaningful transformation projects by comprehensively understanding the inherent dynamics of the organization, aided by our advanced digital tools.
• Assess employee perceptions and behaviors, along with processes and frameworks to ascertain the organizational reality.
• Contribute to designing target operating models to ensure alignment between business and people strategies, fostering organizational effectiveness and cultural transformation while ensuring robust communication across all organizational tiers.
• Manage work streams efficiently, communicate and influence stakeholders at all levels, and thrive in a collaborative team environment aimed at driving substantial change.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of consulting experience is essential.
• Previous exposure to or experience within public sector, defense, or government environments is highly desirable.
