Property Management Redefined is on the lookout for a proactive and seasoned Leasing Consultant to join our vibrant team in Philadelphia, PA. This pivotal role will focus on enhancing the visibility and desirability of our properties through engaging advertisements and effective use of marketing platforms, including MLS. Your expertise in pricing properties competitively and advising landlords on the market's pulse will be key to further redefine property management standards in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Showcase properties to prospective tenants, ensuring they are well-informed and impressed.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with tenants and prospective tenants.
- Skillfully negotiate leasing terms and finalize agreements, adhering to company policies.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure properties are move-in ready.
- Conduct move-in inspection and photos for all properties.
- Spearhead marketing initiatives to promote properties and available units.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns, both through emails and phone calls.
- Craft compelling advertisements for properties and post them on MLS and various marketing platforms.
- Develop competitive pricing strategies for properties based on market analysis and trends.
- Provide insightful advice to landlords regarding marketing performance and strategies with weekly updates
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma required; Real Estate license required.
- 1-3 years of experience in leasing or real estate, demonstrating progressive responsibility.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Demonstrated ability in sales and negotiation.
- Willingness to work weekends as necessary to meet client needs.
- Reliable transportation to travel between properties
