Full Job Description
The Bradley Center is excited to announce that our Outpatient Program is growing. We provide therapy as well as psychiatric and med management services to children, adults, and families. School-Based Mental Health Services are provided to students in several school districts in Allegheny and surrounding counties.
We are looking for confident professionals to provide help to students in need of social emotional skills related to mental health needs. The location of services will take place in the identified school district. This position works closely with school district personnel including teachers, school counselors and special education coordinators.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Implements social emotional learning in an individual and/or group setting
- Organizes and facilitates therapeutic support based on topics that meet the needs of students as expressed by SAP team
- Participates in student IEP, GIEP, and/or SAP meetings
- Attends and participates in Outpatient Services clinical and team meetings
- Creates a safe space for students to manage and regulate their feelings and behaviors
- Provides crisis support during school hours
- Facilitates the development and implementation of a wellness, crisis and/or relapse prevention plan
- Collaborates with school personnel related to student behaviorvior
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work or other Human Services related field required
- Master’s degree preferred, in a generally recognized clinical discipline in which the degree program includes a clinical practicum
- Valid Counseling Certification, preferred but not required - inclusive of NCC or LSW
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain such license, with proof of auto insurance coverage
