Full Job Description
The Bradley Center is a trauma-focused residential treatment facility where children and adolescents with emotional, intellectual, and behavioral difficulties receive 24 hour care and treatment. Our residents present with a wide range of challenges and often have a history of trauma.
The Bradley Center is seeking motivated, compassionate candidates for the position of Milieu Coordinator who have a calling and passion for helping children. We are looking for individuals with initiative, creativity and a desire to have a positive impact on a child’s life.
Responsibilities include:
- Serve as designated leadership on shift
- Provide and model quality therapeutic treatment
- Teach and coach therapeutic skills to unit staff
- Document treatment provided as well as other required reporting

- Ability to provide feedback and have critical conversations
- Patience and creativity while working with residents at their own pace
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor, sound judgment, dependability, and a strong work ethic
- Problem-solving skills
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or other related field preferred
- OR a minimum of 60 college credits
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience working directly with children and adolescents in a psychiatric or residential setting preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license and car insurance
