Job Title: Oracle Financial Lead
Job Summary: The Oracle Financial Systems Solution Lead will oversee the architecture, hardware, software, and resources for Oracle eBusiness Suite implementations. This role provides development and technical support, leads strategic IT programs, and ensures system improvements align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle eBusiness Suite development, support, and architecture improvements, ensuring efficient coordination with other IT functions.
- Manage and mentor a team of Oracle SMEs, providing expert guidance on complex functional challenges.
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate into actionable plans, and oversee quality assurance.
- Develop strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide hands-on support in troubleshooting, setup, and optimization of systems.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in large-scale Oracle eBusiness Suite implementations in global, multi-currency environments.
- Deep functional expertise in General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Project Accounting, Purchasing, and Oracle Time & Labor.
- Advanced proficiency with Oracle tools (APEX, SSO, SQL, PL/SQL, BI Publisher, Oracle Reports, and Discoverer).
- Strong project management skills and experience with SDLC methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
- Proficiency with relational databases and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams).
