Do you want to play a key role in ensuring that we keep momentum in Ageras’ growth?

Can you see yourself selling Ageras state-of-the-art subscription solutions to partners from accounting and bookkeeping firms in the US? Are you excited about the prospect of not only nurturing existing partnerships but also cultivating new ones for the future success of our company?

What will you do?

You’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle –executing online (and sometimes physical) solution sales meetings, closing the sales and maintaining strong and enduring relationships with our partners.

Specifically, you will expand Ageras’ partner network through:

  • Establishing trustworthy partnerships, typically through online or phone meetings
  • Having constructive dialogues with new potential partners
  • maintaining relations with the best potential partners for Ageras in collaboration with various departments in Ageras crm
  • Maintaining potential partner relationships

You will work from our office in central Philadelphia.

What are we looking for?

We are in search of a dedicated Partnership Manager who possesses exceptional account management skills, unyielding determination, and high energy, coupled with a results-oriented mindset. We need someone who not only excels as Sales, but who also finds fulfillment in cultivating and nurturing customer relationships.

You also have:

  • Minimum 2-3 year’s experience with Account Management
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-growing and ever-changing environment
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Structured approach to work
  • Experience with CRM system Pipedrive or similar
  • Experience from an accounting firm or from selling to accounting firms is considered an advantage
  • Experience with partner management is considered an advantage
