At Our Home, we are searching for a proactive and strategic People Ops Business Partner to join our talented team. In this role, you will work closely with management and employees to foster a positive work environment while aligning people strategies with business objectives. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving employee engagement, performance management, and talent development within our organization.
As a People Ops Business Partner, you will utilize your HR expertise to provide insights and solutions that enhance organizational effectiveness. You will help implement HR initiatives that prioritize our employees' needs and support Our Home's mission of delivering high-quality, plant-based snack products.
Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and enhance employee engagement
- Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and talent development
- Analyze workforce metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Implement programs that promote a positive company culture and employee retention
- Lead the recruitment efforts to attract top talent and streamline the hiring process
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and leadership development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, preferably as a Business Partner or HR Manager
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and organizational development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in talent management and employee engagement initiatives
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in HR software and tools; experience with Rippling or similar platforms is a plus
- Ability to communicate in Spanish is a big plus
