We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous pool cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of our clients' swimming pools, ensuring a safe and inviting environment for swimmers.

Job Responsibilities:

Pool Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly skim the surface of the pool to remove leaves and debris. Vacuum the pool floor to eliminate dirt and sediment, clean the pool walls, and empty skimmer baskets.

Chemical Balancing: Test water pH and chlorine levels and adjust chemicals as needed to maintain water clarity and hygiene. Record chemical levels and usage.

Equipment Checks: Inspect and maintain pool equipment and machinery including pumps, filters, and heating systems to ensure proper functionality. Report any malfunctions or needed repairs.

Pool Area Upkeep: Sweep and wash down pool decks and surrounding areas. Ensure that the pool environment is safe and free of hazards.

Customer Interaction: Provide excellent service and communication to clients, advising them on proper pool care and answering any questions related to pool maintenance.

Schedule Management: Adhere to a cleaning schedule to ensure all pools are serviced on time and in accordance with clients' expectations.

Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of cleaning schedules, client information, and inventory of cleaning supplies.

Safety Compliance: Follow company policies and procedures regarding the safe handling of chemicals and the use of machinery.

Qualifications:

Experience in pool cleaning or general maintenance is preferred but not required.

Ability to handle physical workload and stand for extended periods.

Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent results.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliable and punctual with a professional demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
