As a Project Coordinator with Aardvark Studios, you'll work alongside our Project Managers to ensure the success of our custom design, fabrication and tech projects. You'll be integral to the planning, execution, and communication process. Your responsibilities will span various crucial areas including scheduling, stakeholder management, materials support and client support.
Working closely with our Project Management team, you'll contribute to the achievement of project objectives in a variety of ways. Your tasks will involve maintaining meticulous project documentation and providing essential administrative support. This includes scheduling meetings, documenting proceedings, and diligently tracking and reporting on project progress.
In addition to administrative duties, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating project tasks and deliverables. Collaboration with procurement, estimating and design will be key as you assist in pricing and procuring materials and vendors.
Moreover, you'll be entrusted with updating and managing project schedules, utilizing tools to monitor hours, and ensuring that client requirements are met throughout project lifecycles. Your keen eye for detail and proactive approach will be essential in monitoring project progress and facilitating seamless coordination among internal teams.
In essence, as a Project Coordinator at Aardvark Studios, you'll be a vital link in the chain, ensuring projects stay on track, stakeholders are engaged, and objectives are achieved with superhero-like efficiency and precision.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years experience contracting with vendors
- 2+ years administrative experience
- Fabrication experience preferred
