The salary for this role is $80,000-$85,000 annually.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1. Team Leadership:
- LMA the project management team by doing weekly/bi-weekly 1-1s.
- Schedule and own training and development opportunities for the team.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the project management team and collaborate with other departments.
- From time-to-time might need to attend client escalation calls and also facilitate project audits for any escalation matters.
- Responsible for managing the team’s KPIs (individually/as a group).
- Facilitate department meetings
- Manage team capacity.
- Audit/QA team member calls and projects.
- 2. Project Management:
- Manage a small book of business of clients. This is a client-facing role.
- Oversee all ongoing projects to ensure that they have movement, show urgency with the team members and problem solve if there are any projects that the team is stuck on.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing a Project Coordinator team at a digital marketing agency. Demonstrate ability to lead and develop a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and achieving project goals.
- Experience managing a department (with at least 3 years of experience). Responsibilities include: department performance and strategic alignment.
- Project management expertise. Experience managing projects for clients and on behalf of the company that require strategic plans and coordinations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members, clients, and senior management.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Client-retention focused.
- Experience communicating with clients and handling escalations.
