What You’ll Do:
- Lead Improvements: Act as a technical resource for our operations team, spearheading efforts to improve processes and products.
- Drive Reliability & Sustainability: Ensure all equipment—new and existing—runs smoothly and sustainably.
- Project Leadership: Oversee CAPEX and expense projects as a project manager, from budgeting to implementation.
- Continuous Improvement: Apply Lean Manufacturing tools like MDI (Managing for Daily Improvement) to support our manufacturing and maintenance teams.
- Problem-Solve: Troubleshoot technical issues, manage root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why), and implement preventive measures to keep operations moving forward.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational Background: A 4-year degree in engineering (Electrical preferred).
- Proven Experience: 7-10 years in a manufacturing environment, with hands-on experience leading major equipment projects, installations, and directing internal/external resources.
- Problem Solving Expertise: Skilled in root cause analysis techniques (8D, 5 Why) and implementing sustainable countermeasures.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, and Access, with strong computer skills.
- Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with excellent communication and analytical skills—ready to make impactful decisions daily.
