Access Services is looking to welcome a Recruitment Coordinator to the talent acquisition team. As a Recruitment Coordinator you will represent Access Services to potential candidates and help find them their best-suited role in the organization! Your goal as a recruitment coordinator will be to help manage candidates who have applied for jobs in our Intellectual Disability and Autism service line programs.
To learn who the ideal candidates are for the open roles, you will build connections with the different programs and will use that information to conduct applicant screenings. Our recruitment coordinator will be the very first point of contact for applicants within these programs and screens each one according to the requirements of each role, then works with the hiring manager throughout the hiring process.

Essential Functions
- Build close relationships with Intellectual Disability and Autism programs within Access Services to understand staffing needs and passionately represent the programs.
- Screen candidates across various roles and programs to create the best match.
- Conduct candidate phone screens.
- Take incoming calls from candidates calling the recruitment phone number.
- Work alongside the Hiring Manager to see that the candidate is engaged and actively moving through the hiring process; assist with scheduling and gathering of paperwork.
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team by representing Access Services at recruitment events as needed.
- Manage and engage with candidates through Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or Candidate Relationship Management Tools.
- Work closely with the Hiring Managers to understand where candidates are in the pipeline and assist hiring managers with ATS support.
- Maintain updated reporting and statistics and provide regular updates to management.
- Actively source candidates and use recruitment techniques and tools, including identified platforms as requested.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or GED required. College degree in human resources, business administration, communication, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
Experience: One (1) or more years of related experience in administrative work, recruitment, customer service, sales, marketing, or development required. Experience in social services or a nonprofit setting preferred. Experience with intellectual disability and autism services and/or with applicant tracking systems strongly preferred.

Benefits
Compensation and Schedule:
The compensation for the Recruitment Coordinator starts at $19/hour, with increases based on education and experience.
This is a 40 hour/week hourly position with a schedule of M-F during regular business hours, with flexibility. To serve our candidates best, the recruitment coordinator might choose a few evening or weekend hours per week to take calls and can flex those hours during the week.
