The Revenue Analyst is a key player in the day-to-day management of all opportunities and orders within the Salesforce environment. This role is dedicated to delivering a consistent approach to opportunity management and ensuring the accuracy of all data across our CRM and supporting systems. Additionally, the role includes IT support responsibilities for the Philadelphia office, providing essential technical assistance to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all opportunities and orders within the Salesforce environment to ensure a consistent approach and high data quality.
- Collaborate with sales, finance, and operations teams to align processes and data management.
- Conduct regular audits of CRM data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner orders, account creation, and user setup.
- Provide customer-facing support to resolve issues and ensure a seamless experience for partners.
- Develop and maintain documentation for opportunity management processes and best practices.
- Provisioning and upgrading company laptops, mobile phones, and other hardware
- Carry out IT onboarding sessions
- Maintenance of meeting room and administration
- Good troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills
- Experience with Windows & Mac OS administration
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving attitude
- Strong communication skills across all levels in the business
- Experience working within helpdesk SLA’s

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in CRM data management, preferably within Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in process documentation and improvement.
