Rubber Products Machine Operators

Polyonics Rubber Company is a leading manufacturer of rubber products for various industries. We are currently seeking skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Rubber Products Machine Operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining machines used in the production of rubber products such as hoses, belts, and seals.

As a Rubber Products Machine Operator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and accurate production of high-quality rubber products. You will be required to follow production schedules, set up machines according to specifications, and monitor machine operations to detect any faults or issues. Additionally, you will be responsible for adjusting machine settings, performing routine maintenance, and troubleshooting problems to ensure continuous operation and prevent downtime.

To excel in this role, you should have strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with precision. You should be familiar with different types of rubber materials and have experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment. Additionally, you should possess good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines used in the production of rubber products.
• Monitor machine operation to ensure smooth and efficient production process.
• Set up machines according to specifications and production schedules.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during machine operation.
• Maintain records of production data and machine maintenance.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with different types of rubber materials.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work with precision and follow instructions.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
