Sales Professional

Smoker & Company is a successful CPA firm with multiple offices in Lancaster and Berks County. Smoker & Company, and its related family of companies, provide professional business services spanning tax, accounting, bookkeeping, payroll, legal, consulting, wealth management, property management, and insurance services.

We have a current opportunity for an experienced Sales Professional or a motivated emerging professional to help us to grow our client base. Whether you've been in sales for years or if you're new to the sales world (but have transferable skills) and are determined to be successful, we'd like to hear from you! WE can teach you how to sell our services. You must be drive, confident, and not deterred by rejection and adversity!

Responsibilities include:

• Prospecting new sales leads
• Creating the sales proposition, making the deal and closing the sale
• Creating and maintaining relationships with current and potential business sources
• Analyzing and evaluating the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs, and results

Qualifications:

• business-to-business sales experience preferred if you are highly motivated and enjoy the challenge of sales, we will gladly reward you for meeting and exceeding goals.

Competitive base salary between $50 and 70K per year, plus results-based commissions and benefits provided. Hours are Monday through Friday.
