Immediate need for an enthusiastic and ambitious sales professional seeking a rewarding position with a reputable funeral home. This consultative sales position is to help families and individuals pre-plan their funeral and cremation services. We are looking for an individual with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships with our clients while educating the marketplace about our services and value options.

The Dugan family has been serving the families of Adams and Cumberland Counties since the Civil War era. We own and operate Dugan Funeral Home in Bendersville and Dugan Funeral Home and Crematory in Shippensburg. Requirements

•Strong interpersonal sales abilities and relationship development skills

•Ability to effectively make appointments and present value options

•Excellent Communication Skills/Lead Generation/Networking abilities

•Be a proactive, self-starter

•Use of a vehicle for transportation

•Current or previous Pennsylvania Funeral Directors and Life Insurance licenses

Benefits

•Salary plus commissions, $70,000 - $90,000 +
