Universal Energy Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our renewable energy solutions and driving sales growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new customers, build relationships, and meet sales targets.

This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in the renewable energy industry is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels, such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their energy needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers, showcasing their value and benefits.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software for sales tracking and management.
  • Willingness to learn and stay updated with industry trends and technology.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events.
