Your Responsibilities

• Design and Implement Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of SAP Logistics/EWM solutions, integrating with Production Planning and Quality Management.
• Global Collaboration: Work with global and regional teams to drive innovative solution consulting and design.

• Operational Integration: Ensure smooth integration and functionality of implemented solutions into operations.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with market trends and foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with Covestro's values.
• Project Management: Manage and execute projects within EWM/MM/WM, collaborating with business stakeholders in Demand to Supply and Ready to Supply work streams.

Requirements

Our Perfect Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration/management, or related field
• 4+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of related experience
• 1-2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP Logistics/WM Functional area, preferably S4 HANA
• Strong knowledge of S/4 HANA simple logistics, EWM functionality, and RF integration
• SAP ABAP and/or Java/Web Application development experience (preferred)
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and designing corrections for complex incidents
• Experience communicating technical and business solutions to all levels, including stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in tight project timelines
• Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
• Strong understanding of IT architecture and ERP development
• Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity at the Pittsburgh campus
