Your Responsibilities
- Design and Implement Solutions: Lead the design and implementation of SAP Logistics/EWM solutions, integrating with Production Planning and Quality Management.
- Global Collaboration: Work with global and regional teams to drive innovative solution consulting and design.
- Operational Integration: Ensure smooth integration and functionality of implemented solutions into operations.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with market trends and foster a culture of continuous improvement aligned with Covestro's values.
- Project Management: Manage and execute projects within EWM/MM/WM, collaborating with business stakeholders in Demand to Supply and Ready to Supply work streams.
Requirements
Our Perfect Candidate
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration/management, or related field
- 4+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree with 2+ years of related experience
- 1-2 full lifecycle implementations in SAP Logistics/WM Functional area, preferably S4 HANA
- Strong knowledge of S/4 HANA simple logistics, EWM functionality, and RF integration
- SAP ABAP and/or Java/Web Application development experience (preferred)
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and designing corrections for complex incidents
- Experience communicating technical and business solutions to all levels, including stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in tight project timelines
- Experience in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
- Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
- Strong understanding of IT architecture and ERP development
- Willingness to work in a hybrid capacity at the Pittsburgh campus
