Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 annually, plus quarterly bonuses and a robust 401K plan.

About the Role:

As a pivotal member of our team, you’ll leverage your expertise in data analytics and intelligence to steer business decisions. This role invites you to dive deep into data, employing tools like IBM Cognos and Power BI, and navigate through complexities using advanced warehousing techniques and ETL technologies such as WhereScape and TimeXtender. You'll be at the forefront of exploring and applying innovative technologies to enhance our processes and decision-making capabilities.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and support the full lifecycle of our business intelligence solutions—from development through support.
• Become the go-to expert on our manufacturing systems, business processes, and data structures.
• Engage in business process redesign, ensuring solutions meet our evolving needs.
• Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
• Craft and maintain documentation, and lead user training sessions.
• Evaluate new technologies and methodologies to keep us at the cutting edge.

Requirements

Who You Are:

• You have a BS in Business Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or you bring 5-7 years of direct experience in data warehousing and business intelligence.
• Tools like WhereScape RED, TimeXtender, Cognos, and PowerBI catch your interest, and experience with them is a plus.
• You’re familiar with Azure SQL, Synapse Serverless, and D365 Dynamics F&O.
• Your knowledge spans data modeling, SQL, OLAP Cubes, and you’re adept at using SQL Server Databases.
• Financial reporting, particularly in a manufacturing context, is your strong suit.
• Integrity, autonomy, and a collaborative spirit are in your DNA.
• You’re a strategic thinker who can simplify complex issues and drive towards goals.
