Senior Product Analyst / Owner (L4)

Location: Philadelphia
Work Location: Hybrid working model - working from home, the office and client locations.

What you’ll bring to the table:
The Senior Product Analyst plays a key role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, working to be the authority in your domain, influencing your team and building product roadmaps, epics and user stories with our ambitious clients.
- Agile delivery experience in a Senior Business Analyst or Product Owner role, with the ability to flex between the two disciplines depending on need.
- Experience and clear examples of impacting change and product decisions; taking initiative and making a positive difference to a project or programme.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Portrays a holistic appreciation and experience of working in scenarios where there has been awareness of feedback loops.
- The potential to take on leadership responsibilities with experience of guiding and mentoring junior colleagues.
- Wider industry knowledge and an appreciation of technical and business trends.
