The Tech Lead plays a pivotal leadership role in the build and delivery of remarkable products, they will champion software quality and help to shape technical vision for AND and our clients, work on large-scale projects and enable the team to grow in their roles.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Proven development experience of working as a Tech Lead in a commercial development team with an expert understanding of .NET, JavaScript, React, Next.js and wider experience in different tools and frameworks across the stack.
- Remain hands on by championing and influencing the technical direction of projects.
- Architect solutions from both a big picture perspective and granular application level
- Provide guidance and strategic advice to clients; be able to observe the problems closely and provide solutions
- Experience of implementing architecture, DevOps, performance or security and an understanding and ownership of best practice as a Tech Lead (eg. TDD, SOLID, XP)
- Comfortable coaching, mentoring and upskilling engineers through implementing best practices and ensuring the development team is achieving project goals and maintaining quality standards.
- Experience of writing effective documentation and knowledge sharing.
