Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support Excellence: Offer top-notch technical support to our end users. Respond and resolve support requests and service tickets in coordination with the IT Service and Support Manager.

Problem-Solving Pro: Identify, diagnose, and rectify issues related to computer hardware, software, services, and applications. Be the go-to expert for our team.

Support the Mission: Assist pursuit teams with technical needs, ensuring seamless operations and project success.

Hands-On IT Management: Meet with end users to analyze, troubleshoot, and diagnose hardware and software issues. Actively update, maintain, and monitor all aspects of our computer networks.

System Installation and Configuration: Install and configure computer systems and applications, ensuring optimal performance and security.

Detailed Documentation: Complete detailed reports documenting requests for technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates and individuals involved.

Training and Development: Assist management in creating training materials for system troubleshooting and usage. Help develop interns and new hires, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

First Point of Contact: Act as the initial point of contact for all computer and system-related concerns from end users, providing timely and effective solutions.

Organized Documentation: Organize and maintain documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for computer hardware, ensuring easy access and reference.

Requirements

About You:

Self-Motivated: You are proactive and driven, with a passion for solving problems and improving systems.

Tech-Savvy: You have a strong understanding of computer networks, hardware, software, and applications.  Experience or willingness to learn IBM iSeries/AS400 Programming a plus!

Excellent Communicator: You can effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Detail-Oriented: You have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Team Player: You work well with others and are committed to the success of the team.
