Fleet Service Technician - Bluffton, SC

Year Round Pool- Home of the Pool Troopers is looking for a hardworking, dependable individual with auto mechanical background eager to provide their maintenance skills in order to keep our trucks operating successfully. As a Fleet Service Technician, you will be responsible for servicing our fleet of delivery trucks.

As a Fleet Service Technician at Year Round Pool, you'll play a vital role in keeping the fleet operational, safe, and efficient, which is essential for the smooth operation of our Pool Technicians.

Pay negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Working on Ford Rangers, Toyota Tacomas, Ford Transit, Nissan Frontier, Ford F150s, F350s, Chevy Silverado for the most part. Some diesel trucks (Freightliner FL80, 9500, Volvo VNM 64200)
• Maintaining tire pressure, installing and balancing tires
• Troubleshooting engines, replacing parts, repairing A/C, wipers, breaks, coordinating with autobody shop for larger repairs
• Changing fluids, oil, air filters
• Documenting any mechanical or maintenance issues

Requirements

• Experience with above listed vehicles and as a mechanic in general, 2+ years preferred
• Valid US Driver's License
• Must provide a 3 year MVR from the Division of Motor Vehicles
• CDL preferred but not required
