Job Type: Full-time (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience managing day-to-day office operations? We are seeking a highly motivated Office Manager to join our team at a reputable Auto Body Collision Shop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both in person and on the phone, addressing customer and vendor inquiries, scheduling appointments, and handling claims
  • Maintain and update customer records, estimates, and insurance paperwork
  • Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure timely completion of repairs and accurate job tracking
  • Handle billing, invoicing, and payments; process insurance claims and payments as needed
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and maintain a clean and organized work environment
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, managing workflow, and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions, vehicle details, and job progress
  • Work closely with the team to support a positive, customer-focused atmosphere in the shop

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an office management or administrative role (preferably in the auto repair or collision industry)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with a customer-first attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and manage competing priorities
  • Basic knowledge of insurance claims processing, billing, and invoicing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and ability to learn shop management software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
